WHO CAN SPONSOR SPOUSE VISA FOR CANADA?

A Candian PR holder, Canadian Citizen, Candian Study Permit Holder and Various TWP Category Persons can Sponser their Spouse for Open Work Permit. Only a Canada PR Visa or Canadian Citizen can Sponsor their Spouse. The sponsor should fulfill all of the criteria set by the CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada).
